Provides the first step in the BRISA Gel System to anchor BRISA Sculpting Gel to the natural nail for superior adhesion and enhancements that must be rebalanced. Not removable. Perform P.R.E.P. and ensure the nail is thoroughly cleansed and shine is removed from the surface of the nail. Gently roll the bottle to blend. Dip brush into bottle; press against the edge of the bottle to drain. Brush on a thin, even layer of BRISA Base Coat to all five nails, sealing the edge after each application. Cure for 10 seconds in the CND LED Lamp using preset button 1. Follow with CND BRISA Sculpting Gel.
